WebTrust, commends our WebEx network, business practices, transaction integrity, information and privacy protection, certifies WebEx and the website of PC Ask Me (“Service Provider”).
WebEx encrypts all on-line remote technical support sessions (“the Service”) with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which offers You (“the User”) the protection that PC Ask Me ("Service Provider”) utilizes to safeguard your privacy, financial information and personal information (e.g. IP Address). When You (“the User”) request “the Service” and enter into to this Agreement to Terms and Conditions, PC Ask Me (“Service Provider”) will respond to your request by inviting You (“the User”) into an environment that is safeguarded with state-of-the-art technology. WebTrust certifies that WebEx and PC Ask Me (“Service Provider”): “ensure that personal information will be transmitted securely and that confidential information will be kept private”.
The WebEx network security encrypts documents - SSL technology prevents intrusion. You (“the User”), by design, must request “the Service” and admit our technical specialist. SSL protection for You (“the User”) means that PC Ask Me ("Service Provider”) can not gain access to your system in the absence of your request, on-line presences and involvement in the process. All companies, employees, agents or, representatives that act on behalf of PC Ask Me (“Service Provider”) are contractually obligated to keep all information confidential, to use the customer information that You (“the User”) provide, to offer “the Services” that You (“the User”) request, are in Agreement with, and ‘allow’. You (“the User”) have the option to allow, decline, halt the advancement of, and/or terminate the on-line remote session (“the Service”).
Our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. It is important that you return to the Privacy Policy periodically to check for changes to the Privacy Policy. You (“the User”) are responsible for reviewing this Privacy Policy and for reviewing changes to the Agreement to Terms and Conditions.
