How strong is Symmetric.Provider.Rijndael method? [on hold]

Do you recommend using it in an MVC C# application as the class used in AES Encryption and decryption manager to encrypt decrypt users credentials ?

In the OWASP standards, is it considered as a strong acceptable method? or does it have vulnerabilities ?

Please i need some experts opinions. Because what i could found is that it is a strong symmetric encryption algorithm, with key length of 128, 192, 256 bits, and no known vulnerabilities. Please verify or advice.

Many thanks.
