E-commerce Affiliates Marketing Manager

The E-Commerce Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for growing, developing and managing affiliate marketing and multiple programs.
Primary functions:
• Direct, establish and monitor affiliate programs
• Analyze affiliate program driven traffic & sales data and derive conclusions with actionable insight
• Develop strategic partnerships and create partnerships that move beyond traditional ‘affiliate’ models
• Review incoming proposals and make recommendations for partnerships and engagements
• Prepare revenue and cost analysis & estimates of media and partnership value
• Monitor, develop and execute multiple marketing programs for consumers and communications platforms for affiliates
• Work with technology team to integrate and/or enhance affiliate exposure/objectives
• Recruit and activate affiliates, deepen relationships with existing affiliates and activate inactive affiliates.
• Strategically coordinate and align affiliate relationships with internal merchandising, legal, creative, marketing and pricing
• Maximize the quantifiable value of our relationships, partnerships and affiliate programs
• Execute deliverables and conduct weekly ROI analysis, create dashboard presentations of market position within the industry, competitor analysis and new/emerging affiliate markets
• Possess strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
• Be a highly motivated self-starter, comfortable working independently and able to achieve results with minimal guidance
• Be tech-savvy!
• Have a demonstrated ability to learn new concepts, software, and trends quickly
• Have previous experience in direct response marketing
• Be detail & results oriented – at all times
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting in front of groups
• Possess advanced Excel, database/contact management and Project Management application skills
• Have a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with moving deadlines in a competitive market
• Possess proven ability to work with cross-functional teams composed of senior executives and staff members, alike
• Have account management experience with a track record of maximizing and diversifying industry relationships
• Have great familiarity with online retail markets and marketing formats
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communications, MBA preferred
• 4-6 years of affiliate and/or e-commerce experience
