Director of Strategic Finance/Accounting

The Director of Strategic Finance/Accounting is responsible for forecasting, monitoring and developing global markets, select domestic campaigns, identifying, developing and monitoring all finance and accounting indices related to strategic planning/expansion.
Primary functions:
• Lead country & regional revenue forecasting, develop and enhance metrics, models & reports
• Monitor and maintain trend analysis on all indicators in select domestic campaigns, strategic markets in existence & expansion markets
• Innovate and drive analytics related to sales growth, market developments and productivity on regional, country and global level
• Coordinate technology, processes, licenses, agreements and regulatory compliance in global markets
• Develop financial and legal consultants/networks in global strategic markets
• Enhance revenue streams in strategic markets by developing and implementing insights into various aspects of
financial performance/profitability in those markets
• Work closely with operations to drive improvements in forecasting integrity and profitability & partner with operations for strategic initiatives
• Ad hoc initiatives and project management/reporting functions
• Possess strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
• Proactive and on time track record linking budgets, forecasts and strategic initiative deliverables
• Possess proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and cross-regional or international teams to drive
revenue streams and market expansion
• Be a highly motivated self-starter, comfortable working independently and able to achieve results with minimal
guidance
• Be tech-savvy!
• Have a demonstrated ability to learn new concepts, software, and trends quickly
• Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, background in consulting a plus
• Demonstrated experience launching key initiatives and driving sustainable growth in new or extraordinary markets
• Familiarity with online and Internet service-based businesses & metrics
• Foreign Language fluency a definite plus
• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in Finance/Accounting and Supervision/Management
