Vulnerability Assessment:

Is your machine up-to-date with all of the latest Microsoft updates?  Are you protected against the latest threats?  A quick vulnerability assessment will determine, if all of your Microsoft products are up-to-date with the latest updates/patches. During the vulnerability assessment, we will check to see if your virus definitions are current and we will schedule automatic updates and scans to keep your machine up-to-date and fully protected.

    * Check all installed programs for potential threats.
    * Configure your software firewall to monitor inbound and outbound network traffic (if applicable).
    * Check to see, which ports are utilized on your workstations.
    * Ensure Microsoft Automatic Updates are enabled and that none are hidden.
    * Check license status of anti-virus/malware programs.

E-mail Configuration:
Learn how to make the most of Microsoft Outlook (or other e-mail client software) with e-mail configuration. Let us assist you with setting up your MS Outlook (or other e-mail client software).  During the session, we will configure your POP or exchange account in Outlook to receive mail in the folders of your choice.  We will also, setup rules and filters to handle specific e-mail, adjust your spam filter, configure the Out of Office Assistant, instruct and enable you on how to share your calendar with other users in your office, and configure your Microsoft Exchange e-mail account (if applicable).

    * Setup 1 or multiple POP accounts.
    * Create signature files for associated e-mail accounts.
    * Assist in setting up Out of Office Assistant.
    * Change the settings to your Bulk/Junk filter.
    * Create rules to handle specific e-mail.
    * Create distribution lists.
    * Setup your personal contacts for easy access. ·

    * Setup auto responders.
