When upgrading to Windows Vista, it is STRONGLY recommended that you back up ALL of your files and folders to an external hard drive, or other storage holding medium, such as CDs or DVDs. This is because it is possible to lose all of your stored information when installing Windows Vista, depending on your current systems configuration.

If you have not backed up all your files and folders, please do so before upgrading to Microsoft Vista. If you do not know how to back up your files, just call 1-888-722-7563 and we will be more than happy to advise you.

When a clean install is required, all files and folders that are not backed up will be erased during the installation. Please see the table below to determine what type of installation is required on your machine.
