I have tried to install Windows 7 on my new system from scratch (it has no OS at present), but it doesn't see any hard drives. My Seagate SATAII drive is recognised in the bios though. I've installed all the SATA drivers, but no joy. Any ideas?
Is your drive connected to the standard SATA-II ports and not a port controlled by a RAID chip?
